To ease your queries, we have came up with a list of frequently asked questions

We are TCM herbal soup specialists. We design TCM herbal soup according to a different type of body constitution. We have soups specially designed for customers who need medical health attention, for example, strokes, diabetics, cancer, and post-surgery.

Wellness and nourishing soups menu are like an everyday meal. The combination of herbs in the soup nourish your health and also regulate your body constitution in general.

We provide 5 types of healthy TCM food meals.

  1. Nourishing & Wellness meal (suitable for daily intake)
  2. Herbal Essence
    a. Diabetes meal (suitable for had/ having diabetic client)
    b. Stroke patient meal (suitable for had/ having stroke client)
    c. Cancel patient meal (suitable for had/ having cancer client)
    d. Post-surgery meal (suitable for client had/having surgery)

All meals come with:

1 x serving of herbal tonic soup
1 x serving of meat dish
1 x serving of vegetable dish
1 x serving of rice
2 x complimentary servings of daily tea (non-replaceable and non-exchangeable)

*All meals are packed in food grade disposable and microwaveable containers. It is advised to keep the food warm in thermal bag if not consumed immediately upon receipt.

Our delivery crew keep your meals warm in heat insulated carriers during the delivery process and and is transferred to your *complimentary thermal bag upon arrival at your door.

*Each customer is gifted a thermal bag.  We encourage customers to hang this thermal bag at the door for drivers to transfer the meal packages. 

Under general health series, our wellness and nourishing meal plan is suitable for anyone who wants to choose healthier food options and improve general well-being.

Under herbal essence series, these meal plans are suitable accordingly to individuals who had or are having cancer, stroke, diabetes, or wants post-surgery recovery.

We believe that our food should be kept light and nutritious to avoid burdening the body, especially during recovery period. Hence we do not use MSG and oyster sauces. We also use 100% vegetable oil and low sodium iodized salt containing 43% less sodium.

Kindly advise us your dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Our Chef will replace accordingly, based on available ingredients each day. Due to the seasonal nature of fresh ingredients, we reserve the right to change the menu without prior notice.

All orders will be processed online at www.rejuven.sg/order. Our customer service team will email you invoice as confirmation as soon as possible to confirm your order. Please note that earliest meal delivery date is 3 days after your order is made.

We accept the following payment modes:

  • Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal
  • PayNow UEN: 201108914E
  • Bank Transfer: OCBC 713-349660-001
  • Cheque Payment: Cheque on first day of delivery. Please issue cheque made payable to “RichFood (S) Pte Ltd.” Please indicate the invoice number on the back of the cheque.

Our delivery time:
Lunch – 9.45 am to 1.45 pm
Dinner – 3.00pm to 7.00pm

We deliver daily including public holidays, Eve and first 3 days of Chinese Lunar New Year (4 Days) at additional surcharge.

For unsuccessful delivery attempts, if customers request us to reattempt to deliver, a re-delivery charge of $7.00 per location shall apply.

We deliver to all residential addresses in Singapore mainland with exception of Tuas and Sentosa area. Delivery surcharge of S$5.00 per meal per trip for addresses within the Central Business District (CBD) & Town Area (Orchard, Core Central Area).

It is not possible as our delivery crew are assigned multiple locations across Singapore.

However, we try our best to ensure customers receive their meals at approximately the same time frame daily. Do provide an allowance of 30 – 45 minutes for bad weather and adverse traffic conditions. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.

Yes. We will postdate the meals and have them delivered till the end of the number of meals that you have booked. Kindly tick the box “No Weekend Delivery” when placing your order online.

Kindly inform us latest 2 days before between 9.00am to 5.00pm at 6015 0209 or whatsapp to 8321 2688. In the event that the meal has to be cancelled without sufficient notice given, there will no meal replacement nor refund.

Package upgrade or extension can be done by topping up the difference on the quoted price. Kindly inform us 2 days before and between 9.00am to 5.00pm at 6015 0209 or whatsapp to 8321 2688.

To uphold the utmost quality and safety standards for our valued customers, we have established a policy to dispose of any unattended or unconsumed meals after they have expired. This measure is in place to prevent any accidental consumption of expired meals and to guarantee that you consistently receive the freshest and most delightful dishes.

Your health and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us, and this policy is a reflection of our commitment to providing you with the best dining experience possible. 

You may do so by informing us at least 2 days before between 9.00am to 5.00pm at 6015 0209 or whatsapp to 8321 2688 to terminate your package.

All bookings made are deemed final. An administrative fee of $45.00 will be imposed for any termination or amendment. Any discount given will also be voided.

We will pro-rate the consumed meals:

Wellness and Nourishing meal: $32.00 per meal

Diabetic Patient meal: $37.00 per meal

Cancer / Stroke / Post-Surgery Patient meal: $42.00 per meal

We will do the necessary refund after the above mentioned charges. No reinstatement is allowed once cancellation is done.
