- Full payment must be made upon confirmation of your booking to secure the allotted booking slot. We reserve the right to terminate the service if payment is not fully received on time.
- Package upgrade CANNOT be done by topping up the difference to the quoted price.
- According to MOH Covid Safe Management Measure, only fully-vaccinated individuals are allowed for TCM home treatment.
- Cancellation Policy

PackageFor package cancellation, customers must notify the team at least 48 hours in advance. A $200 administration fee will be applied to any cancellation or termination of package. Any discount given will be voided.For termination of undergoing package, the charge for each performed treatment session will be consultation + treatment + transportation fee.Refunds will be processed within 10-14 working days.
- Rescheduling
Customer must notify us the reschedule of booking 48 hours before the treatment time for no surcharge. Less than 48 hours notification of reschedule will charge $50 for last-minute rescheduling. - Urgent appointment
Customer who wish to make appointment within 7 days of the order date will charge $200 for urgent appointment. - No-show policy
Customer who miss the appointment without cancelling or rescheduling is considered as cancel without prior notice, there will be no refund for the treatment.

配套服务
如需取消配套，客户必须至少提前 48 小时通知团队。取消或终止配套将收取 $200 的管理费。给予的任何折扣将作废。
若终止配套，每次治疗的费用将以咨询+治疗+交通费计算。
退款将在 10-14 个工作日内处理。 - 更换服务时间
客户必须在服务前 48 小时通知我们重新安排时间，不收取附加费。少于 48 小时的重新安排通知将收取 $50 费用。 - 紧急预约
若选择在订单日期 7 天内进行服务的客户将收取 $200 的紧急预约费用。 - 缺席
未取消或重新安排而缺席预约的客户将被视为未事先通知而取消，将不获退款。
